The reporting area gives managers and compliance leads a program-level view of screening activity: which profiles and potential matches need attention, how volumes and hit rates are trending, and whether review capacity is keeping up with incoming risk. The views read from the same screening records analysts work in, and you can use them to prepare oversight material for management or audit.
If you are new to Minerva, start here before opening individual profiles. It gives you the operational context for the rest of the workflow.

What reporting answers

  • Which profiles or potential matches currently require attention.
  • How screening volume and hit rates are trending.
  • Whether operational review capacity is keeping up with risk activity.
  • What leadership, compliance, or audit stakeholders need to see at a glance.

Typical reporting walkthrough

  1. Open the overview dashboard for a high-level status check.
  2. Review screening analytics for profile volumes, hit rates, and review outcomes.
  3. Identify the profiles or segments that need follow-up.
Continue to Profiles to move from management oversight into analyst review, or open Risk Assessment when a case needs deeper due diligence.
