Dashboards give you a high-level view of screening workload and profile monitoring trends. Use them to see what needs attention now, jump straight into the queue that handles it, and follow how monitoring coverage and review volume change over time. Access: You need access to the Dashboards section in the sidebar. Dashboards summarize activity that already exists in Minerva, so your organization needs some screening or risk assessment activity before the pages show data.

The Overview page

The Overview page shows what needs attention now. Use it to review: The risk and priority rows are clickable and open filtered profile views in Screening. The recent risk assessments table opens Risk Assessment history for the selected item.

The Screening analytics page

The Screening analytics page is currently focused on Profiles analytics. Use it to review:
  • Current snapshot metrics:
    • Total profiles in system
    • Monitored profiles
    • Unmonitored profiles
    • Potential matches
    • Not screened
    • In review
    • Escalated
    • Accepted
    • Rejected
    • No flags
  • Profiles over selected period
  • Profile status breakdown over time
  • Total vs monitored profiles over time
The page also shows the last refresh time for the data currently displayed.

Choosing which page to use

Start with Overview to find immediate operational priorities and move quickly into the correct screening queue. Use Screening analytics to understand profile growth, monitoring coverage, and workflow trends over time.
